Job Description:
  • Program management and design in the area of base, bonus, commission and other incentives
  • Conduct and review market competitive analysis
  • Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, policies, and guidelines for employees
  • Perform job interviews with department leaders to create job descriptions
  • Design Executive and Sales plans and compensation  

Traits & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent applicable experience 
  • 2+ years’ Corporate Compensation design experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Workday experience, highly preferred
  • Experience interfacing with Leadership
