Community Association Manager

Location: San Antonio Hill Country

  • Improve systems to ensure efficiency with the property management team
  • Build relationships with staff and homeowners
  • Communicate with homeowners and builders to ensure compliance with community rules and regulations
  • Prepare and monitor annual $2.5mm annual budget. Financial analysis of all association projects

  • Experience with homeowner or property owners association management
  • Background in Real Estate, preferred
  • Highly detailed with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Tech savvy, working knowledge of MS Office Suite, accounting software and database systems
  • Positive and outgoing personality to communicate across the organization
  • Organizational skills with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
  • Ability to read and review construction plans
