Location: San Antonio, Texas (North Central)

YOUR TYPICAL DAY... 

  • Streamline workflow for commercial account proposals, renewals, adjustments and claims. 

  • Collaborate with leadership to foster client relationships and maximize retention. 

  • Effectively communicate and interpret inquiries for Clients, Underwriters, and Account Executives. 

YOU HAVE… 

  • 5+ years servicing Commercial Policies within an Independent Agency. 

  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity of Applied Systems/ Epic preferred. 

  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal.
