Chief Medical Physicist

Location: Wisconsin

  • Hospital-based main clinic plus 2 nearby satellite clinics
  • Provides compassionate care to patients with the highest safety standards
  • Located in a metropolitan area that offers year-round recreational opportunities
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY...

  • Provide radiation treatments to approximately 50 patients per day along the three clinics
  • Varian TrueBeam and 21 iX linacs, Eclipse TPS, ARIA record & verify
  • Elekta/Nucletron HDR brachytherapy plus newly-integrated LDR brachytherapy program.
  • Team includes 1 addition Physicist, 3 Dosimetrists, 9 Therapists, and 4 Physicians.
  • Take a leadership role in the growth and expansion of the Radiation Oncology program.

BACKGROUND PROFILE...

  • ABR certification required plus 5 years of post-Residency clinical experience.
  • Extensive experience with Varian linacs, the Eclipse/ARIA platform, and HDR brachytherapy.
  • Some current or previous leadership experience preferred.
