Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead organization’s compliance efforts and manage the investment operations division 

• Develop policies and procedures that spur the mission of providing superior service to the team and clients 

• Review and approve communications and business decisions 

• Perform internal training for the team to grow and ensure best practices 

• Support new clientele with requests involving new and existing accounts
