Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of compensation & benefits professionals to create a collaborative environment

Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related duties

Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics related to compensation and benefit programs
-
Assist the team by conducting training sessions to educate employees and managers on the organization’s compensation and benefits offerings
-
Address and resolve any employee inquiries and/ or concerns related to compensation and benefits
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, executives, and external partners
-
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and compensation management tools
-
Be familiar with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
-
Plus if you are a Certified Compensation Professional – CCP
