Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal accuracy and protecting client interests

Provide legal advice on business decisions, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment

Conduct due diligence, identifying potential legal issues and risks in transactions

Structure and negotiate deals to achieve client goals while adhering to legal requirements
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in practicing Bankruptcy Law
-
Valid Texas Bar license
-
Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Effective communication and writing abilities

Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
