Key Responsibilities:  

  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring legal accuracy and protecting client interests  

  • Provide legal advice on business decisions, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment  

  • Conduct due diligence, identifying potential legal issues and risks in transactions  

  • Structure and negotiate deals to achieve client goals while adhering to legal requirements  

Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years of experience in practicing Bankruptcy Law  

  • Valid Texas Bar license 

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills   

  • Effective communication and writing abilities  

  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
