YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
-
Plan and direct accounting activities of the department
-
Manage and provide backup for the accounting staff
-
Recruit and hire accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations
-
Coordinate training programs
-
Oversee preparation of expense reports
YOU HAVE…
-
Excellent management and supervisory skills
-
Expertise in written and verbal communication
-
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration required
