Accounting Manager
Location: Seguin, TX (Hybrid)

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:  
  • Position opened due to internal growth/promotion
  • Mentor a team of 2 staff accountants
  • Manage accounting and fixed assets for a growing company
  • The role will have the opportunity to implement process improvements and lead a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment      
  • Prepare financial statements, reporting packages and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.      
  • Work closely with the Assistant Controller on financial statement preparation, as well as audits and budgets.   
YOUR SKILLS ARE: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5 + years of experience. 
  • GAAP experience. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems   
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment   
NICE TO HAVE: 
  • We are looking for someone that wants the role and its responsibilities. A person who is ready to mentor a team and their success. Having full cycle accounting experience is a plus!
