- Own and lead financial reporting for the company and its consolidated subsidiaries
- Serve as the go-to technical accounting leader, staying ahead of FASB/ASC updates and guiding the organization through implementation and change
- Mentor and develop a high-performing financial reporting team, strengthening processes, controls, and professional growth
- Influence how financial information is communicated at the highest levels — your work directly informs strategy and decision-making
- Expertise in financial reporting and technical accounting
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or audit (financial institution experience highly valued)
- Strong working knowledge of FASB/ASC guidance, general ledger structures, and consolidated reporting
- CPA license
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop team members
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
