PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
 
  • Lead and elevate accounting operations
  • Serve as the strong people-leader this growing team needs — bringing structure, confidence, and organization
  • Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights that influence business decisions
YOU HAVE…
 
  • Expertise in Accounting Operations within a large product-driven environment
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry welcomed)
  • Strong working knowledge of GL, reconciliations, close processes, and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills with the confidence to analyze, organize, and improve data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to lead people, bring structure to teams, and operate with confidence
