YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
- Kick off the day in QuickBooks—knocking out invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Stay on your toes with client requests, vendor calls, and the occasional curveball
- Wrap up with clean books, quick reports, and everything organized for success
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…
- 4+ years of bookkeeping experience (small environment preferred)
- Proven QuickBooks experience
- Solid AP/AR, payroll knowledge and general accounting
- Maturity, professionalism, and a client-service mindset
- High attention to detail
