Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, reporting)
- Own law firm billing, collections & revenue recognition
- Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and cash flow
- Oversee IOLTA/client trust accounts with full compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to legal & regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Legal or service industry experience
- Solid accounting leader with proven ability to guide executives in strategic growth
- Detail-oriented
- Strong Excel skills
