  • Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance 

  • Prepare and deliver key financial reports for properties on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

  • Lead the accounting team with guidance and support, driving performance and professional growth 

     

 YOU HAVE… 

  • CPA required  

  • Exceptional analytical skills, precision, and a talent for solving complex challenges 

  • Experience in property management or the real estate sector 

  • Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating top teams 
  • Experience using Yardi
