Assistant Controller

Location: San Antonio, TX (central)

PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
 
  • Assist the executive team in leading accounting related to MSRs, premiums, commission, and loan-level fees
  • Lead external audits, internal audits, and regulatory exams
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal mortgage regulations
  • Help scale accounting processes as the company continues to grow

YOU HAVE…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Mortgage, banking, or financial services industry experience
  • Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
  • Leadership mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • CPA required
