Job Description

Accounts Payable Supervisor 

Location: San Antonio

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of 5 on end-to-end invoicing for 8 entities

  • Report to knowledgeable Assistant Controller 

  • 4 direct reports, collaboratively with Payroll Supervisor 

  • Create efficiencies and strengthen internal controls 

  • Provide training and technical assistance to staff 

  • Identify and implement changes to procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven AP leadership experience managing 2+ team members  

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Excel proficiency 

  • Enjoys learning new technology skills and creating efficiencies 

  • Detail oriented with eye for process improvements
