Information Technology Manager
Location: San Antonio - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for the management and execution of technology solutions
  • Manages daily operations and deliverables of the technology department through the use of a Service Management System
  • Supervises, trains, and mentors a small team of IT Specialists
  • Effectively communicates with internal and external customers technology initiatives

Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience working with a virtualization environment – Hyper-V experience huge plus!
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (cloud based)
  • Familiarity of Networking concepts – routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Success with troubleshooting and resolving technology related issues through a ticketing system
  • Strong communication abilities across all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience leading, educating, and mentoring IT professionals
