Key Responsibilities:

Guide decisions and ensure execution of internal benefits using brokerage support

Provide direction with roll out and maintenance of self-funded insurance

Interprets and explains medical plans, claims management, and PHI to multiple levels of company employees

Benefits resource and tool for employees within the company

Support the company on a national level relative to self-funded claims management
-
File appropriate tax forms through ADP
Qualifications:

Knowledge and proven success in providing national benefits support for an organization

Self-funded planning expertise

Ability to provide explanations and guidance with care and patience
