Job Description:
  • Develop and manage a customer-driven technical support division
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to drive continual improvement
  • Identify key service-level metrics to ensure productivity goals are met
  • Mentor, coach and build lasting relationships with all areas of organization
  • Oversee and maintain the division operating budget ensuring fiscal responsibility

Traits & Skills:
  • A strong technical background with knowledge of VMware, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
  • ITIL Certification, or equivalent preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Five(5) years supervisory/management experience
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Information Systems or related field
