Job Description:
  • Responsible for order fulfillment
  • Handles client communication both in written and non-verbal form
  • Project management
  • Extensive customer service developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department

Traits & Skills:
  • 2+ years in a customer-driven environment
  • Must have exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solver, enjoys being creative to find solutions to take care of Clients
  • Self-motivated, detailed and disciplined
  • Pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Degree is highly preferred but not required
