Job Description:
  • Assist in designing, developing and applying Organization’ s Compensation Program
  • Plan and Administer Incentive Programs, Job Evaluations, Planning Surveys
  • Analyze Industry Compensation trends
  • Collaborate with Financial Benefits and Compensation team

Traits & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation Planning to include Incentive Design Programs
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
  • Sharp Communicator, able to collaborate with the Leadership Team
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Background in Large Corporations
  • Bachelor’ s degree Preferred, CCP and/or PHR is highly preferred
