Job Description:
  • Manage service desk, evaluate current processes, policies and procedures  and drive continuous improvements
  • Identify key service-level metrics to ensure continuity of service and productivity goals are met
  • Mentor, coach and build lasting relationships with all internal/external players
  • Develop operating budget

Traits & Skills:
  • Experience with asset management techniques and methods of managing complex information systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to be resourceful in problem solving
  • Ability to travel to remote sites
