Job Description:
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for the Office - Greeting and engaging high-net worth Clients
  • Support the HR team with Accounts Payable and Executive Team with calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, special arrangements
  • Assist with planning of Corporate Events, maintaining Client database
  • General administrative duties including handling phones, video conference system, copying, scanning, and filing

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
