YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
 
  • Be a reliable, go-to resource for smart, high-quality legal support that moves things forward
  • Jump in on labor matters—respond to unfair labor practice charges and helping draft briefs for arbitration
  • Keep employee handbooks up to date and aligned with current laws and best practices
  • Draft and refine employment and separation agreements that reflect both compliance and care
  • Coordinate requests and responses, managing the e-discovery process working ahead to meet deadlines

YOUR BACKGROUND…
  • Experience Attorney in Employment & Labor
  • Driven to succeed, supportive team player, lifelong learner
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, New Jersey a plus
  • Solid knowledge of key employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA—plus the ability to apply them in practical, real-world situations
