Job Description:
  • Primary responsibility for support and functionality of all IT needs for C-Suite; customization and implementation of solutions based on their individual needs
  • Respond, document, provide resolution and own issues for all executives to include liaison with any technology organizations, external entities, carriers and providers
  • Meticulous response to requests along with strong attention to   proactive planning and preventative maintenance for all IT needs

Traits & Skills:
  • Must have experience providing desktop support to the Executive level
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Apple devices and applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to be resourceful in problem solving
  • Available for remote and/or after hour support
