Job Description:
  • Responsible for directing and providing leadership for the Customer Service team
  • Ability to coach and develop team members in a positive and strategic manner
  • Manage and ensure high level of client satisfaction and customer care at all times
  • Utilize strong attention-to-detail and pro-active approach
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, and Processes from ground-up
  • Personable and driven with the ability to handle high volume of communication both internally and externally
