Job Description:
  • Lead a strong, Corporate Compensation team
  • Program management and design in the area of base, bonus, commission and other incentives
  • Conduct and review market competitive analysis
  • Implementation of automated processes
  • Drive a Corporate culture focused on aligning compensation with ROI
  • Ensure legal and corporate compliance

Traits & Skills:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree or equivalent applicable experience;  CCP Preferred
  • Corporate Compensation design experience is a must
  • Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and working diligently
  • Collaborative and hands-on work style
  • Experience interfacing with Leadership
