Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regularly scheduled reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts and reports for cash related activities and A/R
-
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial statements preparation for clients

Review and make general ledger entries
-
Coordinate paperwork flow and approval processes for Accounts Payable
-
Maintain depreciation schedules or other reports to support tax
-
Enter and maintain budgets for clients
-
Intercompany transactional tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
-
Accounting or finance degree and relevant work experience
-
Public accounting or family office experience preferred
-
CPA preferred
-
QuickBooks knowledge
-
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
-
Investment accounting experience preferred
